want to make your stay as easy and carefree as possible. Our live-in
caretaker, Salomon, will meet you at the
villa when you arrive and will make sure everything is working properly
during your stay. If you need something, just ask, and
Salomon will do
his
best to help you out. All of this is included at no extra charge.
One highly recommended option is
to order an authentic Mexican dinner for your first night at the
villa. Salomon's sister, Julia, prepares incredible meals for
$12/person. There is usually plenty for lunch the next day as
well.

Views From Every Room in the Villa
You will have everything you need in this beautiful
four
bedroom, five bath beachfront Baja villa rental home. No other Baja
lodging or accommodations compare. This Baja beach house features plenty of privacy
in two sleeping wings each consisting of a master bedroom with king bed
and second bedroom with two double beds. Each have a large private
bath and walk in closet. The sleeping wings are separated by a large
central living/dining area. All rooms open onto the expansive hot tub and
pool terrace just steps above the white sand beach and the Sea of Cortez.

This Baja villa rental boasts all of the amenities of home including a fully equipped
gourmet kitchen, multimedia entertainment center, laundry room, and huge
entertainment patio with a gas barbecue. We have a large library
of MP3 music that you can play through the DVD/CD player. We have
a full washer and dryer so you don't have to pack too much. We
even have air conditioning for those extremely hot days. We supply
many of the items you might need to enjoy the beach and water as well.
A special bonus to our guests is the use of a boat
with an outboard motor, four kayaks and even a small sailboat with special
approval. This Baja villa rental has

We think you'll find most everything you'll need or want at
Villa Los Frailes. The kitchen is large and well equipped with
everything you need, including bottled water. If you have favorite movies, music, games, books
or children's toys, you may want to bring them along. Please
bring your own personal toiletries. Bring any medications in their original
bottles. We also suggest sunglasses,
sunscreen, a sun hat, and beach sandals. Although it's usually very
warm, you'll probably want to pack a sweater or light jacket,
long pants, and some socks for winter evenings. You should bring
some cash (US Dollars work fine) because some of the businesses in the
East Cape area do not take credit cards.
