Cocina de Julia

Make your stay a bit more carefree by having Salomon's sister, Julia, cook authentic Mexican meals.  The price is $12 per person for dinner.  There is usually enough left over for lunch the next day.  Please contact Salomon to arrange the details.

Dinner: $12/person

#1 Chiles rellenos, carne asada , ensalada, frijol, tortillas y salsa

#2 roast chicken,tamales, enchiladas, arroz, frijol, tortillas y salsa

#3 empanadas, enchiladas de carne, frijol, arroz, salsa y guacamole

#4 Seafood diner as available and at market prices

#5 combination buffet of most of the above items

Lunch $10/person

#1 quesadillas y salsa.

#2 tacos dorados y guacamole.

#3 tacos de pescado y ensalada.

Breakfast: $9

#1 chilaquiles y frijol

#2 huevos rancheros y frijol

#3 huevos a la mexicana con papas y frijol

Please only request one menu item for the entire group.  You will find that there is plenty of everything for everyone.  Cooking lessons are also available for an additional $3O.  Payment is due by departure.
